2. Application scenarios

1. Smart home. The WiFi switch can be controlled by voice, and it can be used with smart voice devices such as Xiaodu, Xiaoai, and smart TV to control the switch. Control lights, garage doors, shades, outlets, and more. With human body detection, temperature, humidity and other sensors, the scene can be set to automatically open or close.

3. Product overview

4. Product parameters

1. Power input:

① AC input. Provide 220V 50HZ AC power through the mains input terminal, and convert it to 5V 1.5A DC power;

② DC input. Provide 5V 1A DC power supply through TYPE-C interface.

2. Switch output:

Each switch uses a 16A 250V relay and a 24A 250V terminal block. The PCB has a window and tin spray, which can control the on-off of high-power electrical.

3. Control method:

①Mobile phone, computer remote control and view status. You can use mobile phones and computers to remotely set, control and view the status. The product can also be used with other sensors to flexibly set application scenarios.

②Smart home voice control. You can use Xiaodu, Xiaomi, Xiaoai, Tmall Genie and other smart speakers and smart screen voice control switches. Just move your mouth to control the switch.

③315/433 remote control. This product supports 4-way wireless remote control, and the receiving and transmitting frequencies can be changed according to the needs. The remote control can control the switch on and off, and the status of each switch can be checked in real time on the mobile phone.

4. Installation method:

① Rail installation. It can be installed in the distribution box and the guide rail of the power distribution cabinet to realize electrical control.

②M4/self-tapping screw installation. The shell has two tabs, which can be installed and fixed by fixing the tabs.

③M3 screw installation. There are 4 M3 screw holes on the bottom of the case, which can fix the product on the backplane from the back.

1. The AC-DC power supply has over-current protection, and the mains power-on delays several hundred milliseconds to output 5V DC, and the power supply light is on.

2. When you get the circuit board for the first time, you need to configure the network for the product first. Download the Yiweilian APP and register an account, long press any one of the 1-4 "WIFI distribution network" buttons, the LED on the WiFi module will change from fast flashing to 3 long and 1 short slow flashing, and then configure the network according to Yiweilian APP .

3. 315/433 remote control configuration. Just press the "315/433 pairing" button for a short time, the button light will flash, then press the remote control to pair, and the remote control enters the inching state. The remote control transmitter can be purchased as a finished product, or it can be directly designed with a chip. The retail price of the remote control transmitter chip is 0.4 yuan per piece.

6. Remarks

1. The product is purely hardware designed, only need to download a Yiweilian APP to configure WIFI and control the product without personal programming.

2. The shell of the product is a commercially available 95*90*40 guide rail shell, which can be installed in various ways. If you choose an opaque case, you can buy it at a retail price of 1.9 yuan per piece, and the batch advantage is more obvious.

3. The product 220V to 5V 1.5A power supply, the input and output isolation is safer. The high-frequency transformer adopts a commercially available mature finished transformer, and the retail price is only 0.45 a piece. There is no need for additional proofing and testing, and the price can be communicated with people in batches.

4. The product uses a 16A 250V relay, a 24A 250V terminal block, and the PCB window is sprayed with tin, which can achieve high current and stable operation.
