Four-way 166W smart charger
1. Product Introduction
This product is a charger with two Type C ports and two Type A ports. The C port and the A port are independent of each other and do not interfere with each other. The maximum power of a single C port is 65W, and the maximum power of a single A port is 18W. The total power is 166W (65W+ 65W+18W+18W), assembled with a male molded aluminum case, which has a good heat dissipation effect, and has a networking function, which can realize remote control and firmware OTA update.
2. Application scenarios
It is suitable for fixed scenes such as home, school and company, and also suitable for vehicle and mobile scenes, charging mobile devices (mobile phones, tablets, etc.).
3. Product overview
The control core of the project adopts Espressif ESP32C3 chip as the control MCU, which has Wifi and Bluetooth, is cheap and powerful, and can be used for secondary development to add specific functions later.
The C-port power level adopts the power chip of Zhirong SW3526. The chip has built-in multiple fast charging protocols. The integrated power tube inside the chip can reduce the PCB area. The maximum power is 65W for a single channel. Two channels are designed in this project.
The power level of the A port adopts the IP6525T of Yingjixin. The chip has built-in multiple fast charging protocols, the price is low, and the maximum power is 18W for a single channel. Two channels are designed in this project.
The interface display uses a 0.96-inch OLED display, which has high contrast, low power consumption, and high cost performance.
The input part is designed with a protection circuit, which has the function of anti-reverse connection (convenient for car charging applications), and the reverse connection system will not work. Equipped with over-current protection circuit (10A), over-current will blow the fuse. Equipped with an anti-ignition slow-start circuit, which can prevent electric sparks.
The onboard four-way RGB indicator light and panel can realize the quick indication of the current system status.
The onboard acceleration sensor can realize functions such as vibration control.

5. Instructions/Tutorial
After the welding of this product is completed, and there is no short circuit and false welding in the test, it can be connected to the computer through the download port USB, and it can be used after burning the program.
Precautions:
When installing, please pay attention to the heat dissipation of the power stage part. It is recommended to pad the heat conduction sheet on the back of the power stage part to enhance the heat dissipation capability.
Stencil welding is recommended for welding. The devices in this project are arranged on one side, which can quickly realize low-cost reflow soldering.
When powering on for the first time, it is recommended to use a 5V power supply. After measuring that the RY8411 outputs a normal 3.3V, the voltage can be increased for subsequent tests.
The C1 port is onboard, and the C2 port is led out of the upper board through pin headers.
The firmware of ESP32 is still being improved, and the basic functions have been realized
6. Remarks
This module is software + hardware, and the bin file is included in the attachment.
Burn the bin file directly through esp-download-tools, no debugger is needed, the chip has a built-in debugger + virtual serial port, and it can be burned directly after connecting to the computer through USB.
The cost of this project is about 50 yuan
Notes on hardware assembly:
The upper board adopts a double-layer board (1.6mm), and its main function is to realize the output of the upper layer C2 port, toggle switch and LED.
The finished picture on the home page is not covered for display purposes, and the aluminum shell can be purchased for links to see the attached documents.
C port output capacitors (C1, C44) are recommended to use solid capacitors, size 8X10, capacity 220uF, withstand voltage 35V, can reduce ripple.
A port output and input capacitors (C21, C60) use a capacitor volume not larger than 8X10, and the other capacitor volumes can be 8X12, which is convenient for assembly.
Pay attention to the position of the inductor when assembling. If the error is too large, it may not be able to align with the upper board.
5. The program is developed using ESP-IDF, and only bin files are provided. New functions will be updated later by updating bin or reserved OTA. This document will be edited again if additional instructions are added later.
